Technology for Organic Manure

Manufacturing Process

We are using time tested and proven Aerobic Microbial Composting Technoloty, which has been developed after two decades of research for accelerated bioconversion of wastes in Indian conditions. The important feature of this composting method is the controlled fermentation /degradation, resulting in production of enriched compost with desired specification and devoid of toxicity. The end product is enriched manure – Organo-Phos, which is therefore safe to use in agriculture and horticulture practices.

Various useful microbes like Azotobactor, Phosphate Solublizing Bacteria/Fungi (PSB) are also added for enriching the compost. Before packing, the product is tested in a lab for its organic quality such as humus content, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and micronutrients including the population of useful bacteria, fungi and actinomyctes present in the final organic manure.

Ideal Raw Material
The source Material & EnrichmentAn Edge Over Other Organic Manures

Raw material used in ORGANO-PHOS i.e. Fruit & Vegetable Waste from the Vegetable Markets of Delhi is unique as it contains all the nutrients in balanced form and is free from impurities. Special microbial cultures such as Cellulolytic and Lignolytic and various useful microbes like Azotobactor, Phosphate Solublizing Bacteria/fungi (PSB) etc. are also added for enriching the compost.
Clearly, ORGANO-PHOS has a distinction of using ideal raw material with advanced technology and has an upper edge over other organic manures. The raw materials used by other organic manure manufacturers in the country and abroad have various inherent problems as mentioned below: -

Other Raw Material being used to produce organic manure by others

  • Press Mud :- A waste from inorganic process contains high dose of Sulphur and 9%-11% wax, which stops capillary action in the plant.

  • Domestic/Municipal Waste :- Contains impurities of all sorts, especially heavy metals and malba, deficient in nutrients.

  • Cow Dung :- Carries weed seeds and if not fully matured becomes cause of Termite infection in land.

  • Non-Edible Oil Cakes :- Like Castor, Karanj cakes which does not contain all the nutrients needed by plants in a balanced form.
